User research and pluriculturality
Verónica Traynor
In this talk I will address the challenges involved in organizational pluriculturality, in making visible the challenges faced by multidisciplinary teams, and in inviting companies to carry out inside research. Communication implies effort, and pluriculturality implies energy. Maybe we have to undertake inside research in order to shorten distance, build bridges and reconnect in healthier ways.

I am Argentinian, yet for eight years now I have considered myself a knowmad: I have lived in Argentina, England, Spain, Mexico City, and currently I live on the Island of Holbox. I love music, theater and poetry. I am a researcher oriented in exegesis and hermeneutics, focused on the human-machine relationship. In 2009 I coordinated the Usability department of the Government of Buenos Aires. In 2013 I co-wrote the essay Pioneers and Makers (Pioneros y Hacedores). My chapter was titled Elaboration of a Web Usability and Accessibility Regulation: the case of the City of Buenos Aires website. In 2017 I was certified in Design Sprint by the Google Academy (SFO). That same year I co-founded Puntolab, a user research agency within Multiplica Group, which today is part of the main brand. I am currently serving as a Global Knowledge Leader at Multiplica.
