Emi designs the way machines communicate with people. He helps define how they speak and how they express their personality; designs what they say and how they say it, so that they are trustworthy, humane and able to connect with users. He is a UX Content Strategist, conversational designer, consultant and professor. He worked thirteen years at Mercado Libre, until in 2017 he founded Pannonica: a network of experience design professionals. In 2019 he co-founded BeBot 🤖, a conversational experience design company.
