Bringing benefits to citizens in pandemic times

Social insurance and benefits application platforms must respond to a wide variety of users. At {ida Chile we work to improve access for users of one of these institutions, allowing more people to access benefits and economic subsidies in times of pandemic. We developed a website improvement process that involved applying changes in terms of the information architecture of the platform, its interaction design and interface design to promote a better user experience based on the usability and accessibility of the content.

Graphic Designer by the PUCV and Magister in Advanced Design by the UC, certified in Digital Transformation by MIT Sloan Executive Education, specialized in Smarter Cities and Citizenship by the Open University of Catalonia. I am a postgraduate professor at the School of Design of the PUC and at the Diploma in Information Architecture and User Experience, in addition to the Diploma in UX Content in Journalism of the PUCV and a teacher of Person-Computer Interaction for Computer Civil Engineering at the University of Valparaíso. For more than 10 years I have worked with national and international companies as a consultant or as a digital transformation leader in organizations. I am interested in interaction design beyond the digital platform and how it can provide better experiences in public spaces, making real changes in people's lives.

    Psychologist by the Diego Portales University, Master's degree in Social Psychology by the Diego Portales University, Diploma in Qualitative Research, Method and Practice by PUC. Consumer Behavior professor at the UC School of Advertising. I have always been interested in understanding user and consumer behavior. I have worked in market research, consulting and customer experience diagnosis, which has allowed me to get closer to clients, their context and the multiple ways in which they connect with the world, one of them being digital experiences.
