The Creative leader color palette
Cecilia Villegas Nava, Johana Jiménez
Navigating the journey from being an individual contributor to becoming a creative leader requires defining your vision as a leader and learning what skills you need to foster to see it come to light. There is so much more to being a creative leader than being a good designer. Each of us is driven to be a creative leader because it brings the opportunity to amplify the potential in others and drive impact and innovation with our work. We see creative leadership as the integration of three key qualities that act like colors in a rich palette. Today, we will share our perspectives on how we crafted our own unique palette of colors along with how we managed to become creative leaders while remaining true to ourselves.
